Beating Heart Health was created from my own journey, as a woman, professor, mentor, and advocate who has witnessed both the challenges and triumphs of healthcare.
What started as a dream in 2016 has evolved into a calling: to provide students, professionals, and future healthcare leaders with the opportunity to step into purpose and serve with compassion.

At the heart of Beating Heart Health is a simple truth: every life we touch has value, and every heartbeat carries hope.
The name, Beating Heart Health, carries even deeper meaning.
Our company is more than staffing; it’s about creating pathways, building confidence, and uplifting communities.
When my brother was battling cancer and in hospice, we’d bring him home to sit in the living room, surrounded by love. I would sit beside him, sing to him, and pray over him. But mostly, I would just watch his chest rise and fall… his beating heart.
That was how I knew he was still with us. Still here. Still feeling our presence. It reminded me that the heart doesn’t just pump blood, it holds memory, connection and most of all love.

When we staff healthcare professionals, we aren’t just sending in workers, we’re sending in “heart care workers”. People who understand that compassion is a skill. That presence matters. That behind every patient is a family, a story, and a heartbeat that deserves to be honored.
Because the heart behind Beating Heart Health… is mine.
And every beat of this business carries my passion, my purpose, and my promise to hire with purpose, train with intention, lead with empathy.

As a former Allied Health professor, my heart was in every lecture, every lesson, and every student I taught. I saw their dedication, their potential, and I also saw the gap. The gap between the classroom and the clinical setting. The dream and the opportunity.
